Health & safety guidelines
Before your breathwork session
By participating in these Mindshiftair® breathwork sessions, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and voluntarily assume all risk of injury to yourself. Please avoid practising this breathwork during pregnancy or if you are epileptic.
If you have cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions, always consult a medical professional before starting breathwork. These exercises are meant as a guide; listen to your body and don’t push yourself. If you feel unwell, stop immediately. Never practice breathwork before or during activities like driving, diving, swimming, taking a bath, or any other situations where losing consciousness could cause injury.
These techniques may cause tingling sensations, ringing in the ears, or dizziness. If you experience any of these, don't panic—it’s completely normal.
