• Starting something new is one of the toughest challenges in life. Moving to a new city or country, learning a new skill, starting a business, building a new friendship can be really hard. We gravitate toward the familiar, even if it’s not good for us. In our mind experiencing something totally new taps into one of our most primal fears: the fear of the unknown. As a creative person, I know firsthand that nothing kills creativity faster than stress. When we're stressed, we can't tap into our flow state; instead, we slip into fight-or-flight mode, which is the last place you want to be when you need fresh, innovative ideas or start creating something new. Creativity is crucial in every aspect of life, whether it’s being spontaneous, finding solutions in challenging situations, reflecting on ourselves, or gaining a
    broader perspective.

Our minds are overwhelmed by a relentless flood of unnecessary information from countless sources every single day. Finding inner strength requires effort. I discovered the best tool for this through breathwork sessions. This practice isn’t some unreachable, spiritual concept—it’s accessible to everyone and provides immediate benefits, making you feel lighter, better, and more focused. Inspired by its impact, I decided to delve deeper into the physical and psychological aspects of guided breathwork. I enhance my professional training through the practices of Soma Breath and Alchemy of Breath. Now, I use this tool whenever I feel stressed, sad, or need to regain motivation or energy.

I’m passionate about sharing this tool with as many people as possible, especially those in high-stress office environments or dealing with anxiety. I believe that even the smallest ripples of inner change can generate powerful, unseen waves that transform our
    outside world.
